In our final phase, we'll work on the simple primal movement habits that increase your mobility and strength so you have a strong core foundation to keep your running efficient and you injury free as you age.

Goal Assessment: Quickly narrow down your strengths and weaknesses to create a 90 day goal worksheet so we can focus on what matters to you.

Personal Training Review: Receive guidance on your training schedule, how often and how far to run, strength building and mobility work so you learn how to run mindfully.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Call: Every two weeks, we'll jump on a Zoom call to get an update on your progress. I'll make sure you're doing the work and if you get struck anywhere, I'll be right there to help you move through it.

Private Client Portal: You will have access to a client portal app to view training videos, download guides, book calls, store information and chat with me through your phone or computer.

Private Facebook group: You''ll be added to the Forever Runner Clubhouse Facebook group so you have a community of support form fellow runners during and after the program.

I will guide you through my proven 9 step process to lose that last 5 - 10 lbs and run 1 min/mile faster in just 90 days. But you may have to drasticly change how you eat and run in the process. The first month is the hardest, but you will immediately experience some awesome results. And don't worry, I will always be there to help if you get stuck.
