About a year ago, I decided to retire from run coaching to spend more time on adventures, but I missed helping runners get out of their funk or reach their stretch goal.
So I’m available again! But I’m going to only work with a few, committed people who are willing to take a different approach to their running lifestyle.
Most runners who hire a coach are looking for help with that upcoming race or event. And that's ok...
But as a longevity coach for runners, I approach coaching much like a financial planner. Let's first get your finances in order, then get you set up so you are thriving, 20 years from now!
I do the same thing, but for your running. Let's get your running and health in order, then get you set up to keep running for the next 20 years without pain or injury!
This is way beyond just a custom training plan. I have a holistic approach that leverages your running to give you more freedom, independence and vitality as you age.
I believe you should put as much effort planning your fitness and health as you plan for your financial future. Because without your health, what are you going to do with all your money you worked so hard to save?
Here are some questions I would ask you If I were to help you.
Goals: What I'm looking for are some specific short term and long term goals. "What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?" And for long term goals, "What do you want your life to be like 20 years from now?"
What is your baseline: "What is your history with running?" "Is running the only exercise you do?" "Any injuries?"
How much do you enjoy running?
What are your time restraints?
Like financial planning, longevity coaching works for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey. You just have to decide to start.
